I ran a small bar/restaurant for over a decade; a powerful experience that taught me resiliency, determination and more about exciting things like floor drains than anyone wants to know. After selling the bar, a few very confused years and a stellar training program, I became a coach.
I still love entertaining friends at home, quiet nights with my dog Murphy, cooking, watching shows and exploring new places whenever possible.
